AGM 28th March 4-5pm

You should all have received an e-mail through Club Solutions last Friday regarding the forthcoming AGM on 28th March.  Our plan was to hold social tennis from 2-4, the AGM from 4-5 and then provide a BBQ for everyone present while we conduct the Wimbledon Ballot.  In light of the recent announcement by the Prime Minister, we are cancelling all catered events at the club indefinitely (although the courts will remain open for members to use as will the toilet facilities). The announcement also impacts our plans for the AGM.  We will be running the AGM remotely and we do not expect members to come to the club, but WE DO PLEASE ASK MEMBERS TO COMPLETE PROXY FORMS so that we have membership approval/opinions on the budget and plans for the year ahead.  PLEASE could you make sure that you complete a proxy form and e-mail it back to the club or put it in the club's postbox.
