Floodlights - FAQ on using the new payment system when fees are charged

If the member has added lights before the booking starts and then cancels the booking before the lights come on do they get a refund as you do with visitor fees or are light fees non-refundable?

No, lights fee is non-refundable.

How do I add lights to a booking?

You add lights by logging into your account and clicking on your booking and then paying the fee. You can add lights at anytime during your booking - so if it is dark you can add early / still light enough you can choose to add later.

When you add lights after the booking has started will the system charge you from the start of the booking OR from the current time rounded up to whole 30 minute intervals?

You will only pay for the rest of the booking, but calculated by the 30 minutes from the booking area.

e.g.

if a booking is from 08:00 – 10:00 and you add lights 08:15 you will pay for all the 4 blocks of 30 minutes.

if a booking is from 08:00 – 10:00 and you add lights 08:45 you will pay for all the 3 blocks of 30 minutes.
