Fund Raising

So the clubhouse needs a new roof and refurbishing and we would like new LED floodlights to replace the existing old ones.  The trouble is that this is a substantive and expensive shopping list and we simply don’t have the money to pay for it all.  

Whilst we investigate the grant opportunities which hopefully can provide us with a significant chunk of money, this is not guaranteed, and we don’t know how long it will take.  Another option would be to raise subs but this is not what we really want to do as we want to ensure that subs are affordable. 

So where can we get money for nothing?  Believe it or not, there are organisations out there which do give money away. Okay, the catch is that you have to make a purchase on the internet but that’s it.  

So you as a Wigmore member can do your bit to help us achieve our goals.  It’s not going to pay for any of the above in one go but as a famous supermarket once said, every penny counts.
