Extraordinary General Meeting - 7pm Monday 16th November 2020

All adult members of the club should have received an e-mail regarding the forthcoming EGM on the planned renovation to the clubhouse. If you have not seen it, please search your junk mail folder for e-mails from wigmoretennis@clubsolution.co.uk or e-mail wigmoretennis@hotmail.co.uk and ask for the consultation papers and proxy form to be resent to you.

Members have been asked to complete a proxy form in advance of the meeting so that we ensure we are quorate and to avoid any technical issues that may arise with holding the meeting virtually on the night.

Members’ questions on the plans can be addressed to wigmoretennis@hotmail.co.uk or you can join us at a zoom meeting on Monday 9th November where some committee members will be available to answer your questions.
